Hello - I am a private piano/music teacher living in a ranch style home with my husband, our dog Princess, our Model M Steinway and Yahama digital piano. Our decor is Western.
I love teaching my students - they range in age from seven years to seventy years. They are continuous challenges for me and I am always inspired by them.
I have not been composing for very long, but find that my work is more suited toward the late intermediate to early advanced student. I enjoy ragtime and contemporary easy listening piano that could be suitable for movie incidental music. I seek to write a strong melody and the form is usually ABA. I want my pieces to reflect the title that I give each one, and I seek to make my pieces complete with good structure, strong dyamics and proper fingering.
